Refund Policy
At Montélier, every piece is thoughtfully crafted using exceptional materials and finished to the highest standard. Due to the nature and value of our fine jewellery, we kindly ask that you carefully inspect your chosen piece and ensure you are completely satisfied before completing your purchase.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply decide you no longer wish to keep your purchase.
For bespoke, customised or made-to-order jewellery, all sales are final once production has commenced. As these pieces are created specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
If you receive your order and believe it has arrived damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at amar@montelier.com.au, including your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will assess your claim promptly and work with you to reach an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where required by law, Montélier will provide a repair, replacement or refund for products that fail to meet the consumer guarantees.
